THE BUILDING It has a swimming pool and direct access to the sea, so you can swim whenever you like.

THE FLAT Fully furnished and equipped. Bed linen and towels are included, so all you need to bring is your suitcase.

THE ROOM - Furnished, with plenty of wardrobe space. - Private bathroom (outside the room, not en suite).

THE LOCATION Ideally located, less than 5 minutes' walk from the bus to Palma and from a taxi stop. There's also a beach and two coves (calas) less than 5 minutes away, in addition to the building's own sea access. You can cycle to Palma in about 20 minutes, and the neighbourhood has everything you need within walking distance.

WHO YOU'D LIVE WITH You'll share the flat with a woman who is a yoga teacher and Ayurveda coach.

AVAILABILITY Available from December 1st. The lease on the flat runs until the end of January. The owner is interested in renting it long-term, so if they approve you, there would be an option to stay on. Also available for short stays.

LA UBICACIÓN Ubicación ideal: a menos de 5 minutos andando del autobús a Palma y de una parada de taxis. Además del acceso al mar desde el edificio, tienes una playa y dos calas a menos de 5 minutos. También puedes ir en bici a Palma en unos 20 minutos, y en el barrio tienes de todo a pie.

CON QUIÉN VIVIRÍAS Compartirás el piso con una chica que es profesora de yoga y coach de Ayurveda.

DISPONIBILIDAD Disponible desde el 1 de diciembre. El contrato del piso termina a finales de enero. El propietario está interesado en alquilarlo a largo plazo, así que, si aprueba a la persona, habría opción de continuar. También disponible para estancias cortas.
